I Met This Girl Who Did Great Longboard Tricks

I met this girl the other day while I was hanging out at the park. She was really cool. I thought so because she was doing plenty of tricks on her longboard. When we finally got to talk when she was taking a break, she told me she had a small collection of cheap longboards at home that she keeps in case any of her boards break while she was doing tricks. I told her that her tricks were really quite impressive. She told me that she appreciated the compliment and she told me that she really put in plenty of time practicing on her longboard. She usually went to practice on her boards about two or three times a week when she had the free time to do so. I told her that I would like to practice with her sometime because I wanted to improve my skills. She said she would look forward to it.

My Shower Tent Blew over

I was absolutely mortified when my shower tent blew over. I have never liked using camp site showers, so I now always take a shower tent with me. Unfortunately this time I did not secure it to the ground properly. I was taking a shower late one evening when a particularly heavy gust of wind came along and blew it over. Luckily, I always wear my trunks in the shower just in case so I managed to protect my dignity, but it was still really embarrassing having it blow over in front of the few people that were around. Luckily, being quite late in the evening, there were only a handful of people still up, but that is not the point. In future I will definitely remember to bash all the pegs ALL the way in to ensure that it stays upright. It is still the best thing I have ever bought though.
