Ocean Going Holidays in Western Mediterranean Cruises
The ocean is a great big open space. You can really get lost on the sea if you really want to and try hard enough. This is what the western Mediterranean cruises on offer at your local travel agent allow you to do without you running the risk of actually getting lost and getting eaten by some sharks off the African coast when you were aiming for America. Taking western Mediterranean cruises are also great ways to get some relaxation done without anyone looking at you funny or expecting you to do some kind of work while you relax. You can get away with this because of the fact that there is no cell phone signal and salt water really does not agree with electronic equipment so you would not want to risk getting your laptop destroyed. You can get out of reach of your boss in one easy step; just take yourself off on a cruise.

I am seeing most of the major cruise lines making some very aggressive price incentives for European cruises as the season approaches. While the popularity continues to soar, I see prices remaining flat to downward. This trend will continue well into the future and as such I feel we will be at a great advantage when Mediterranean cruises 2013 promotions and incentives begin to appear. Believe me when I proclaim that all trends indicate my results are well supported by basis of fact and comparison of trends going back several years. Some say this is counterintuitive since the Euro is so strong against other currencies but I believe that the cruise lines are willing to pursue market share at the sake of profits. Granted, since I own an influential cruise-related web site, Voyage Masters, I do see some phenomenal value that most people would not be exposed to. However, the low rates are not just intended for insiders and travel professional. Anyone else can get these low rates if they follow my advice for not only European destinations, but any other comparable itinerary.

My granddaughter phoned me up the other day to tell me that she has booked a posh cruise down the river Nile in Cairo for us both as a surprise for my 60th birthday next week – what a complete sweetheart! Although I have not told her, I am a little worried just because I believe I suffer from seasickness. I know that I always feel queasy whenever I am on the one hour ferry to France and we will be cruising along the Nile for a full week!
After undertaking a little research on the ol’ WWW however, it would seem that you can barely feel the waves beneath the glamorous ships used for luxury Nile cruises (that is what others who have experienced such trips have said anyway). I m more than willing to take the risk anyway – the hotel rooms, bars and swimming pool aboard our ship look absolutely divine!
